The Maasai Knowledge exchange is a campus for Maasai ideas, entrepreneurship and education located in Loodariak, a small village nestled within the Rift Valley of Souther Kenya. It represents an exciting eighteen-month period of cultural immersion, academic research, and architectural design that culminated in this graduate thesis complete at McGill University. It was also awarded the Dr. Soo Kim Lan Prize in Architecture “for the outstanding completion of the second semester of study in a Master of Architecture program” at McGill University.
